The tuning fork level switch consists of a tuning fork body and an electronic circuit. A pair of piezoelectric crystals are installed on the tuning fork base. One group is used as a driving element to generate electromagnetic excitation to make the tuning fork vibrate at its natural frequency, the other group is used as a detection element to monitor the vibration state of the tuning fork. When the tuning fork is not in contact with the measured medium, it maintains a stable vibration frequency and amplitude, when the tuning fork is in contact with the measured medium, the damping effect of the medium on the tuning fork will change its vibration frequency and amplitude. After the electronic circuit detects this change, it converts it into a switch signal output to achieve the detection and control of the level. The products are widely used in mobile phones, computers, security, electricity, and new energy industries.
